PRODUCT SELECTION
Planning is key to achieving optimum performance.
Glassbond LED capping adhesives offer the flexibility to suit your individual requirements. We offer a complete technical solution, with bespoke products available to meet the toughest of applications. Simply answer the following questions:
What substrates are to be bonded?
What method of cure is preferred - room temperature or UV cure?
What speed of cure is required - slow, fast, controlled?
Do you need thin film or is this a potting application?
Do you want a low viscosity thin product or a high viscosity gap filling product?
Is fast initial grab required?
Will the product be applied manually or via an automated dosing system?
Consideration should also be given to component shape, joint design, adhesive contact surface area and potential surface pre-treatment requirement.

Here's our new L904 LED Capping Adhesive in action. Note how easy it is to dispense onto the substrate and also how the adhesive retains its form when inverted. In addition to having an invisible bond line and high tensile strength, L904 cures in seconds with exposure to UV light pic.twitter.com/0z3OZOq1TA
