EASE OF APPLICATION
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or any other contaminants that may hinder or prevent adhesion. Apply a thin film to one side only and bring together immediately. Reposition (if necessary) within 2-3 seconds. Light pressure must be maintained without movement of joint, for at least 10 seconds. Do not handle until bonding time has elapsed. Individual bonding times can be found on each product data sheet. Ambient moisture on the surface of the substrate is generally sufficient however, if necessary, a user can exhale gently onto the surface prior to dosing - this will help things along nicely.
Potting is also possible using a gel type product and by the action of building multiple layers of adhesive over time, maximum cure strength can be obtained.
